When resizing/resampling images I can type in a desired width or height or I can use "Some standard dimensions (pixels)"

My display is 1920 x 1080

Assume I am starting with an image that is 500 x 800

If I select best fit to desktop it gives me a height of 939 because I suppose Windows tells it that number.

If I select 1920 x 1080 it will make the image 1920 wide and set the height to keep the right proportion.

But what I would like is a way to just make it 1080 high and let the width be set to keep the right proportion.

I know I can just type in 1080 but it seems it would be handy to have an option to force the height to 1080 as part of the standard dimension feature.
