no bug IrfanView can't find 8BF-plugins

IrfanView can't find 8BF-plugins if they are placed not in default folder ("Plugins\Adobe 8BF").

Why is this a bug? The plugins should be placed in the default folder.

CTRL+K takes you to the (8bf)-Filter dialog.
There you can insert single 8bf filters or all filters from a folder.

Use the other buttons there to arrange the filters in way you like e.g. alphabetically, by author or by function.

Are "Options->Properties/Settings->Plugins->Custom path for Adobe 8BF Plugins (Image menu)" option and "[Plugins]\8BFPath" parameter in INI-file a dummies? Really?..
Changing one byte (1 to 0) at VA 0x00483F72 (I_View32.exe 4.54) solves the problem.
