    Solved Set Capture resolution

    Hi Admin

if i capture a section of the screen using the options, the dpi is 96.

If i printscreen, then paste the whole from clipboard, the dpi is 300.

How can i set the capture to 300 dpi?

    Thanks

The DPI is irrelevant. A screen capture copies pixels. If you want to change the DPI on save, or after capturing/pasting, you can, but the number of pixels will not change.

In addition to Bhikkhu Pesala's anwer: The DPI have an effect if you print an image. The higher the DPI, the smaller the picture will in print.
