Export and import program settings (profile)?

Is there a way to export all my settings and then import them when reinstalling? IrfanView has started freezing for 30 seconds every time I open a photo so I want to try completely uninstalling it and reinstalling.

Move your i_view32.ini and/or i_iview64.ini files from %AppData% before reinstalling.

If that solves the problem, copy the files back again and see if the problem is still solved.
