How batch convert to keep exif and set jpg quality

im using total commander to batch convert

this settings keeps exif, but cant cange jpg quality (dont know how)

command: %comspec% /c c:\PORTABLE\IrfanView\i_view32.exe
parameters: /filelist=%L /ini="c:\irfan_view_settings1.ini" /resize=(50p,50p) /jpgq=75 /convert=$D\$N.jpeg

this settings does not keep exif, but i cant cange jpg quality (marked below)

please help me to be able set the quality and keep the exif, probably by changing the red marked parameters
