Installed Scanner Not Showing in File,Select Scan/TWAIN Source

I have two scanners that I use that are TWAIN and WIA:
EPSON ES-400 dedicated scanner
Brother MFC-J870DW multifunction

I have scanning software that recognizes both of the scanners both as TWAIN and WIA:
ABBYY FineReader 14
Foxit PhantomPDF

Irfanview only recognizes the EPSON and doesn't show whether it is TWAIN or WIA.
What to do to get it to recognize the Brother?
