      Paint Toolbar Issues

I am having a similar problem. I just started using Irfanview a week ago. Last week I could get the Paint toolbar to work. Now if I go to Edit > Show Paint Dialog or press f12 the titlebar at the top of te app changes from Blue to Gray ... or back, but I can't find the Paint toolbar. Frustrating! (V4.2 on a single core with XP/SP2)

Maybe for some reason the toolbar went off-screen... try to delete the TBXPos and TBYPos rows from the [Paint] section of i_view32.ini.
Anyway I fixed these problems in the code, in the next releases the toolbar position will be always checked to avoid that it appears off-screen.

Try Alt+Space and then Move. It probably is at the bottom off of the screen, so try using the up arrow first. Might not be easy.
