    Irfan capture context menu?

Anyone know a way to add an item to the Windows Shell for all application windows? I want to add a context menu item that runs the command

    i_view32.exe /capture=1

so that in any given application window, I can choose this option from the titlebar context menu and perform a capture of the foreground window (which will naturally be the same application).

All applications do not share the same context menu configuration, they have their own built-in menus, hard-coded in the EXE file. There is no way to add anything to all applications. The Windows Explorer menu is managed in the Windows Registry, so one can add items to it. And slow it down.
      Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"

Why not use a shortcut w/ a shortcut key to call it? If you are doing the foreground window you would want i_view32.exe /capture=2 in the target.
