thanks for the info but do you know of any other

do you know of any programs like infanview that will work with apple?
we are getting pictures that are not in a jpg format just the picture and there is no way to save them to a file without an jpg attachment.

There is a good list of free Mac image viewers here. CocoView sounds like a good bet.
