animated change of pictures in slide show

Hi,

I want to prepare a slide show for a stage performance. The one or other change should be animated, like fading out and fading in of the new slide, like I can do it in Powerpoint. I do not want to use powerpoint. I like Irfanview to do the job. But is there a way to do it? Or rotate a picture in or something like that.
If anyone has an idea, I would be thankful

Hi labusel,

In the slideshow settings, select "Play in full screen mode" and in the "Full screen options" select "Apply Alpha blending effect between images".

Hi Laurent,
thanks for your answer. I use IrfanVielw 4.2 with Windows XP home SP3 and had clicked this button already. But it does not work. Do you have another idea? Thanks in advance
