Solved Irfanview under 64 bit Vista

Does anybody know if Irfanview works in the Vista 64 bit environment?

Most 32-bit programs are supposed to be supported in 64-bit operating systems, so theoretically IrfanView should have no problem running. A 64-bit version most likely is not going to be released, since it would probably have little benefit.

Irfan works under 64 bit systems

I do not have Vista but XP 64 bit and it works without any problems.

Hi,

I've running IrfanView on Vista x64 without special problems. There is a little problem with the location of the .ini-file and Vista (32bit and 64bit versions), but you will find answers for this using the search function.

FWIW, I've been using IV with Vista Home Premium x64 for over a month without problems.
