IV 4.23 cannot open PDF

I installed everything, but IV 4.23 still got error when tried to open a PDF file. It always complain about Decode Error!!!!

IV shuts off itself

Now I got frequent shut off of IV (when tried to open PDFs) in addition to Decode Errors. Help! Thanks!
