font sizes got messed up

I messed up my fint settings on the PC I think.



The letters are now TOO LARGE to fit in screen. I have been searching for an hour now, but I can't for the life of me figure out where to change what setting to what value. I am pretty sure it was somewhere here



I f*cked up, but what to reset ? What font is "standard" ? In what size ?

Can anybody help ?

(I have this neat script, that creates a restore point every time I boot the computer, so the problem is actually solved, but I sure would like to know what the heck happened here)
