command line to paste into specific location?

Is there a command line option to paste into a specific location? My goal is to take jpegA, and paste it into jpegB at a location such as 150,150. From the command line. I've seen command line options for pasting from the clipboard ("clipPaste"), but not sure that gives me control of location.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Thanks for the quick reply. Another option comes to mind: What if I have two png files of the same dimension. Is there an option through command line to simply paste pngA onto pngB without regard to location?

The command line scenario might be:
      1) open pngA and copy it to the clipboard
      2) open pngB and paste from the clipboard
      3) save pngB with the new png pasted on top of it.

(pngA would have a transparent background, so that pasting it onto pngB would only obliterate the non-transparent areas under pngA).

      Does that seem feasible? thanks!
