Batch edit images with multiple transparency colors?

I have a unique task, and I'm hoping I can get Irfanview to do the job (though it may require another tool, I'm not sure). Basically, I'm trying to remove the ugly transparency colors from a large set of images using Irfanview's batch function.

Here's where it gets complicated: these images all have a bright cyan blue transparency color, which would be simple to remove by itself. However, these images are from a really old game: they also have about three shades of hot pink used for rendering a shadow on the image when used in gameplay.

So the question is, how can I make both the cyan and all the shades of pink transparent via a batch function? There are too many to work with manually. Is there a way to replace colors in a batch, or assign multiple transparency colors (I've heard most formats only support one)? I'm really stumped.
