Thanks, I must have been blind... Problem solved at 99%. Both the full screen and app window appear on the left screen.
However, I don't know how to make it appear on the primary (right) screen. If I drag the window to the right screen, next time I open the app, it;s again separate (full screen left, window right).
So, my question is: how do I enforce the full screen appear on the right?
