Getting Access Violation error when I try to save an image for the web

When I try to use the save for Web feature I get Access violation at address7687633E in module comdlg.dll and so I can't save it. I am using this on a new web server. It had always worked on my old server. Is there some kind of setting I need to set in order for this to work?

Why don't you use the DLL API if you are using RIOT on a webserver ?
