Requested Capture screen : multi monitor support

Capture now always seems to be restricted to main monitor

On my installation (v4.28) multi-monitor support is still an option. Look in the Options -> Capture/Screenshot dialog.

It's when I use the option : 5) Custom rectangle / region capture => does not allow me to select a region on my second monitor

Custom capture is restricted to the primary monitor. Does not matter if the secondary monitor is to the left or right; nor does it matter on which monitor IrfanView is running.

Note, you can still capture the entire monitor or window area and then crop with IrfanView ... that's what I usually do.
