Cutting vector images and adding them together?

Hi, everyone. First time to the forums please treat me well.

I was wondering if there is any way in irfanview of cutting shapes out of vector images and adding them to other vector images, so you can place the shapes that have been cut out on to another vector image?

No. IrfanView is a bitmap image viewer. Every time you load a vector image it converts it to a bitmap.

Try DrawPlus or Inkscape to edit vector images.
