Requested Save duplicate filenames as (2)

When you are saving a file with the same name of another file give an option to save as (2), (3), etc...

Edit: Also it would be nice if it worked after closing IV and opening again. I know that IV already has a feature that does this with new files but after closing the program and opening again it wont remember the last filename and it will start with 1 again.
