No Right Click options

Can someone help me??? After installing the latest version, I've lost my right click options. Worse, I can't seem to find a place to enable it!

The option is in Properties, Viewing, use right mouse button for context menu (default is scrolling).

I swear I had looked earlier but could not find it. I had even gone to the View tab and checked "Show full file path in title bar", but did not see this!
