When trying to optimize and set exif date to file timestamp I realised the following (IMHO) erroneous behaviour of the JPG Lossless transformations plugin:
The transformation "None (can be used for optimizing and cleaning)" resets the EXIF orientation tag from
to
leaving all portrait images suddenly shown as landscape (in all applications with "auto rotate" on, not only IrfanView).
In my opinion "None" must not change the orientation tag (see attached screenshot for other settings, but I tried to play with them - same problem every time). Other EXIF tags have been left unchanged.
IrfanView + Plugins version 4.33, but reproducable in 4.32 as well.

Code:
Exif.Image.Orientation Short 1 left, bottom
Code:
Exif.Image.Orientation Short 1 top, left
