At first, I have no idea if my problem is easy to answer, unsolvable, planned but not yet done, or just stupid...
I'm using IrfanView 4.33. I know that it's a program mainly for viewing pictures, but I found it also pretty comfortable as a tool for displaying ( = viewing and no editing) TXT files. But I have a problem with displaying TXT files that contain nonstandard letters from my alphabet (Czech republic).
Look at example.

Apparently, the non-standard letters are missing when displying the file in IrfanView.
If you know how to make it work (or if it's even possible), I will appreciate your help.
