Printer settings - error

Good morning,

we have the problem that in the “Print dialog box” the button "Settings" will not open any window. This error occurs since our printers have received an extended release name (eg Previously: \ \ Musterserver1 \ Printer1 now: \ \ Musterserver1.domain.root.int \ Printer 1). Since this adjustment, the dialogue is not functional in IrfanView. Has anyone of you ever had such a problem? (Possibly - printer name too long? - disturb the points?)

Data:
Printerserver: Windows Server 2008 R2
Client: Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit
IrfanView 4.28 (new version also did not help)
Several printer models (Ricoh, Kyocera, HP)

If you're using IrfanView commercially, then you can contact Irfan directly for support. He is more likely to know about Network issues than average users.
