Requested Freehand select tool

I know this has been requested before, but the last thread with a freehand or lasso title was several years ago. Some have suggested using the Windows snipping tool or Faststone Capture's freehand select, but neither comes close to the tool offered by Gimp, with its feathering ability and almost perfect outlining.

I haven't tried Photofiltre so I'm not sure if freehand is included int the free version nor do I know how it compares to Gimp which is on par with Paint Shop Pro.

Yes, You are absolutely right!

With those new 8bf filters, Irfan is ready to become an admirable editor.

But, in most cases, those new filters are useless without a freehand selection tool.

I think that, maybe, this tool would require an option for Layers.

Irfan does not WANT to install this tool because the MBit size of application will be increased considerably, which Irfan does not want. That is the only reason we do not
have this tool. Unless, some smart programmer invent a plugin, which will not increase the size of Application too much.
