The character color in viewing .txt-files is light green. How to change to black?

In the settings: Browsing/Editing -> Options for TXT files (at the bottom)

Changing the text color from green to black and confirming this change it is automatically undone and reset to the originally green color, however, when the options window is closed.

I can change the color freely. Try to select a custom font as well.
