Can someone direct me to the documentation or walk me through the process of creating an mpeg file that consists of a collection of .bmp images and .avi streams? Thanks.

Plurals do not require apostrophes -
#1 - Convert .avi + .bmp files to only one .avi file (all need to have the same height & width) with VirtualDub
#2 - Convert .avi to .mpeg with TMPEGEnc
