Multi monitor refresh problem

In a multi monitor environment with 2 monitors with different resolutions:
When irfan view window is opened on the lower resolution monitor and then moved to the higher resolution monitor the parts of the image exceeding the initial resolution will not be refreshed when the window is resized, ie. enlarged to the higher resolution available.

(Win XP, Nvidia 8600GTS, latest drivers. Also tested on ATI cards or older Nvidia cards)

I can confirm this problem in version 4.32

as a workaround you may select the monitor with larger resolution as the primary monitor, then it seems to work correctly..
