IrfanView Takes Over Settings app's icon in Windows 10 1903

I dont know which fault is but i had similar problem on Win10.
Solution 2 fixed for me (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html)

Run CMD as Admin. Last command will restart PC!

taskkill /IM explorer.exe /F

DEL /A /Q "%localappdata%\IconCache.db"

DEL /A /F /Q "%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\iconcac he*"

DEL /F /S /Q "%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Search_ cw5n1h2txyewy\localstate\AppIconCache\*.*"

shutdown /r /f /t 00?
