Reported W10 setup

I'm new to setting up W10 64bit .. and .. IV 64bit
My (previous and next) tool bar functions are greyed out and not working ???
It's like W10 doesn't know what folder of Pics I'm looking at.

Just switched to Irfanview 32bit, poked around in Browsing/Editing and it started working.
Think I'll stay here.
