Fixed an animated gif works badly with IV 4.00

so, here it is... this animated gif can be opened successfully in IrfanView 3.99, Firefox 2.0.0.4, Internet Explorer 7 and even "Windows fax & pictures preview"

... but when opened with IrfanView 4.00, it displays garbage

WARN : don't look at it too long, it'll make you sick... REALLY! don't joke
