OGG Vorbis (FMOD) sampling frequency

Speaking of OGG... All OGG Vorbis audio files get reproduced with 44,100 Hz samplerate. If the original sampling frequency is different, then audio gets resampled very poorly (I believe it's repeated or discarded samples) to 44 kHz. Tried 32,000 and 48,000 files, strong aliasing can be heard.

Tried 48 KB and can confirm this. Tiny artefacts are added.
