v4.20 Document or product bug
Explosion, Pixelize and 3D button states, "Enter two values to control the mask value", but in the product GUI these effects don't have enough space in the value setting box.
If user tries to enter 20x23 (two values according to document), digit 3 from 23 gets truncated.
