Reported V4.25: cannot obtain filename in some condition

Irfanview 4.25 does not find "jpg" file (View -> Next file in Directory /Previous File in Directory ... all grayed out. And Arrow key does not respond).
Double clicked file can be opened, but other files in same directory can not be opened.

    As far as I know,
    1 It happens when
    - Open file by double-clicking from windows explorer
    - And
    - Folder name including some Japanese character(may happen in different language).
    ie.
    アルバイト
    おもてなし

2 Opening file using Irfanview File menu does not cause such problem.
    - File -> Open -> choose file in same directory
    then no problem.

    3 I did not experience in V4.23.

Use also the forum search using key words like: "unicode", "ansi2unicode.dll", "character set", "language", ...

    see:

    - "Incomplete Support of Unicode in Thumbnail Window?"
    - "Unicode support not present or not working on 4.25"
    - "Can't open files in non-English directories"
    - "failed to open image file with chinese character file name"
    - "Viewer skips some jpg's"

      Thanks

      Thanks, Frank.
      I found it.
Problem that I post happens WHEN
      - In language selection menu, Load Unicode Plugin at start option - "ENABLED"

DISABLING THIS OPTION can SOLVE the Problem.
I thought I should enable, because Japanese is Non Latin Language.

      FYI,
It happens-When you opens file from Windows Explorer (NOT Irfanview File Menu) .
      And , Ansi2Unicode.dll version is "0.2.5.406"

OS is Windows XP Pro 32bit SP3 and Windows XP Pro X64 (Dual boot)
      CPU(Xeon 5335)s have 4 cores each/ Total 8
