The new Capture Setup>Custom rectangle/region capture command does not work with a dual monitor display.
The capture curser cannot be moved to the secondary monitor.
Primary monitor is a laptop LCD, secondary LCD a DELL 2208WFP. Graphics card ATI Radeon Xpress 1150. IrfanView config is the default at setup.
