Say when i finished viewing images in "SmallFolder_1" i wish to view images in "SmallFolder_2". I will take the following keyboard operation:
But this is the keyboard version, where mouse click version is behaving slightly different. I suppose the same action can be completed by selecting the folder you want to open and then click "Use Folder" or simply double-clicking. But I found I am not able to do so as long as the folder is appeared to be empty. The "Use folder" button will only get into folder when it contains files iview can open. Same(not working) for double-clicking the folder of interest.
Summary:
Mouse operations can never able to do all operations that keyboard can do for opening and (appeared to be)empty folder
I believe this issue is been around ever since such an interface got implemented. Couldn't remember when but should be there for multiple releases. I found such interface entremely useful with keyboard and I like use keyboard for many operations, too. But recently I need it for mouse operation and so i raise the issue here and hope the wrong behavior will be fixed. I didn't want any interface change but just want it able to do the same thing as keyboard does.
