Fixed V4.00-... : Moires & blown out contrast in ' fit picture to window'- 4000 x 3000

vista - single core amd sempron - ati radeon 256mb, hp laptop
camera - Panasonic lumix fz35

When trying to edit a 24bit, 4000x3000 jpg (5mb) in 'fit picture to window'
I am getting moires in patterns/materials, and blown out contrast in things like white hair, that are not
in the original photo.

Whatever Irfan's done in 4.27 has fixed the problem
