An image 3300x5100 at 300 DPI printed with "Best fit to page" ended up going over one page on an 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper. The OS is Windows 7 Professional. The printer is a Dell J740 (made by Lexmark I think). The image was printed over a network connection (NETGEAR router for two computers) hooked to a Dell computer using Windows XP.
Printers have different amounts of area that cannot be printed on at the end of a sheet. Sending more data will cause the trailing data to be sent to a second sheet.
I am guessing this bug has to do with not getting the correct information from the print driver for how much can be printed.
