Decode error !? If you are having a problem opening a file and are accosted by these words even though you diligently downloaded and installed Plugins400.zip then
NOTE: You are right, the file that Irfanview screams at you about in ALL CAPS! is in the wrong *(&%&*% folder and has to be moved up one level to the C:\Program Files\IrfanView\Plugins folder.

SHAME ON YOU! for yelling at the pore user. You folks should know better. You might want to look at how your program looks for DLLs.

How to install this IrfanView plugin?

1) If you download the self installing plugins: irfanview_plugins_XXX.exe,
just start the file. Done.

otherwise:

1) Find your IrfanView directory

2) Create in the IrfanView directory a new directory called "PlugIns"

3) Unzip all files from "all_plugins.zip" into the "PlugIns" directory

4) Done
