Pending V4.30: problem with viewing certain animated GIFS

I was going to upload an example of this but the file attachment system seems to be broken.

Anyway, go to http://eternalbunnylove.com/?page_id=35 and download the first volume. Take a look at some of the GIF files, for example pp_v1_c13_pg06.gif or pp_v1_c14_pg06.gif

It's an animated GIF, but when I view it in IrfanView it truncates the bottom of the GIF. This problem only seems to occur with some of the animated GIFs, the PNG files are ok. Other image viewing programs seem to handle it ok.

I'm using Windows XP and version 4.3 of IrfanView.
