We've had this problem through several versions of Irfanview including 4.30. On some images, best fit to page clips the edge (typically the left edge) of the image when printing. The image looks ok in the preview but the print consistently clips the left edge. Changing the print margins doesn't help. In these cases the only way to correctly print the page is to go to custom scaling and play with it until an appropriate size image is printed. I searched the forums and didn't see this previously reported. Hope it's not a duplicate.
