Picture is shown as HORIZONTAL even though it was saved in IrfanView as VERTICAL one

Picture is shown as HORIZONTAL even though it was saved in IrfanView as VERTICAL one.
Please see the attached picture.
If you open it in IrfanView, you change it to HORIZONTAL, you save it, and you open it again you will see it VERTICVAL.

Try to enable the option to reset the orientation tag.
