Edit Tool UI misdrawn on 2-monitor setup with differnt DPI

I have a dual monitor setup, with the left monitor running 1920x1200 (100% dpi) and the right as 3840 x 2160 (150% dpi).
Launching and displaying Irfanview on the right monitor and entering edit mode (F12) is fine.
However, moving the tool palette to the left screen afterwards mis-draws the palette. (see screenshot)

This is a very minor inconvenience, but I thought I report it nevertheless.

Awesome software and steady companion for more than a decade. Just set up a new PC - the tool goes on within the first hour.

My only idea is that you send an e-mail to the developer of IrfanView, Irfan Skiljan. You may write him in German or English
