no bug AMD driver timeout when playing videos through IrfanView's internal video player

Everytime I play a video a through irfanview's internal video player my amd graphics driver timesout. I'm currently on Windows 11 22H2, but I also believe this has also happening while I was still on windows 10 before I upgraded. Similarly, I'm currently using a 5600XT with version 22.3.1 of AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition, but this problem has also persisted for multiple versions of the driver, including a good number of fresh wipes and reinstalls.

If there's a way to share a stack trace or a debug log, I'd be happy to do so as well.

Wow, I feel extremely dumb. I've been struggling with this problem for a year and yet I never thought of installing a fresh video codec pack. Literally fixed my problem full-stop.
