Reported CTRL+ C does not work

Ver. 4.32, win 7

Menu: Edit/copy --> works , image on clipboard

CTRL+C on keyboard does not work.

Prepreparation tests: click on image, click on window title bar, make partial selectopn of image ---> nothing helps

My keyboard is ok, tested on some text and in PS.

Is PS running if you try this in IV? I had some weird experience like this with PS CS3.
Tried after a reboot?

Hmm, left my comp. running,no reboot,and now it works.
Can't reproduce at this time.

Just a note, had thing again, close IV, restart and it works.
