Slideshow : Show text option needs help with box placement when .. Center alignment

I'm running IrfanView for Windows ( Win10 ), Version 4.66 - 64 bit
One small aspect of functionality is in the Slideshow behavior " Show text: " option, which I'm using :

If I opt for "Text alignment: Center" then it is ( correctly ) centering the text within the label region.
However it did not center the entire box ( laterally ) across the overall image. I mean the placement of the text box.

Here, I'll try to show an example.
By the way, I'm using the "Save slideshow as Video" option too. ( EDIT : That turned out to be important .. this problem is only w/ Video )

1. When I choose Slideshow display option "Text alignment: Center" I see this, ( it's the "problem" )
.. notice the box placement is still at " Left " of the image :

2. When I choose Slideshow display option "Text alignment: Left" I see this, which looks reasonable :

3. When I choose Slideshow display option "Text alignment: Right" I see this, which looks reasonable :

UPDATE and Clarification - In Slideshow playing ( not Video generation .. ) I am seeing good, centered placement of the text box
( using Text alignment: Center ). So the issue appears to be only in Video.
( Example image of Slideshow Playing .. not the Video, here : )
