Hello!
This problem recently started (I think after a WinXP update.)
Whenever I open any picture with IrfanView, (or just IrfanView itself) it stays on top.
In order to make it go behind the other open applications' window, first I need to turn on the "Always on top" function, then turn it off again.
I have to do it every time I open IrfanView, or any picture in IrfanView.
I use two monitors, ATi HD2600XT, Catalyst Control Center 2011.028.1723.29300.
OS: Win XP SP3 up to date
Motherboard: Asus P4P 800SE
CPU: P4 Prescott.
I also use Registry First Aid 8.3.0 regularly. This also might be the source of the problem I think.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
