IrfanView 4.60 cannot print to non-default printer

My printers

1. "HP Color Officejet Pro 8600" <- def printer
2. "Home DLink HP LaserJet 4 Plus"


i_view32 c:\foo.jpg /print="Home DLink HP LaserJet 4 Plus"

Sends output to my default printer #1 above.

What is wrong?

IV in the GUI can print to a printer of my choice. then if I use the command line and IVpoints to the SAME INI file, it always prints to the default printer.
