Creat .scr from command line

Hello,
I need to create .scr file via command line.
For example i need to automatically create a scr file with slide every 20 second.
i can load the slide with the command : "i_view32.exe /reloadonloop /slideshow=C:\screensaver\* /bf "
But i don't known how to save it in a .scr file.
