Requested How to make "keep scroll position" a default setting?

The awaited new option to keep current scroll position for the next image (Menu: View) needs to be set again in every session. How can I make IV to remember this setting? I didn't find any clue in the .ini-file. Would you be smarter on this one?

The possibility to keep current scroll position and zoom level would really be very useful. I use it constantly in my camera to compare details in similar shots.

    (IV 4.10) (XP Home sp2)

I want this also. Anyone know how to do this? It would be nice if it remembered this setting.

Did anyone find a solution to this?

I'm using IV for a product defect detection procedure at my company. A large volume of images are saved, and I'm using IV to quickly review a repeated area of an image over and over again.

I want the tool to always open up scrolled to the same position, and zoomed at the same level. Is this at all possible?

      Thanks in advance.

keep scroll position in fullscreen mode

It could be useful to keep scroll position in fullscreen mode too.
